Version 0.36.3 introduces interesting new features to help players in their training, such as Dynamic Intensity, as well as a major improvement in the feel of hitting, with new effects, improved haptics and various general improvements.
Features
- Dynamic Intensity (controllers only)
- Enabled by default, you can now change the intensity of the current workout, while playing it, by pressing A or B to increase it, and X or Y to decrease it.
- A 'speedometer' was added to your main HUD, where you'll be able to keep track of the current speed.
- The intensity will increase/decrease in steps, ranging from the pre-selected intensity to the desired intensity.
- This feature is activated by default, but if you don't want it, you can deactivate it by going to Home (or local) Settings → In-Game → Allow Dynamic Intensity.
- New “Extreme” intensity
- Available for selection when customizing your training and in the Dynamic Intensity range, it provides a faster projectile speed, as well as increasing the maximum value of the Combo Multiplier to 20.
Improvements
- Game feel: We've worked hard to improve the game feel, with a number of changes.
- All the equipment materials have been updated to better reflect your progress. Every time the Combo Multiplier increases, so does the brightness of your equipment, as well as an interesting animation.
- Added the “Trails” system, which also works by reacting to the Combo Multiplier. Every time it increases, your trail gets longer and more visible.
- Improved Haptic Feedback in every hit.
- Finally, every time the Combo Multiplier increases, a new particle system will be activated, crossing the entire scene.
- NOTE: this effect will not be executed when Passthrough mode is activated.
- We've improved the Starting Panel UI by moving the “Passthrough” button to a better position.
- Based on player feedback, we've updated the Passthrough mode for Stationary workouts to provide a better experience when enabled.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with the weekly streak system, where it would reset to 0 even if players still had time during the week to complete a workout.
- Fixed various problems with the materials in all 360º workouts scenes.
- General bug fixes.
